 PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW:

 THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS/INFORMATION ARE REQUIRED FOR
 PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE.
  
 1. DRAWING SUBMITTED IN PENCIL ARE UNACCEPTABLE. PER
 CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 1, SECTION *106.1.3
 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS.
  
 2. BUILDING FLOOR PLANS (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) SHALL
 BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL
 PAPER. PLEASE PROVIDE DEMENSIONS OF THE BATHROOM AND
 THE FIXTURE SPACING. PER CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO
 CHAPTER 1, SECTION *106.1.3 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS
 AND FBC PLUMBING SECTION *405.3.1.
  
 3. CLEARLY IDENTIFY ALL FIXTURES ON ALL SHEETS AND
 CLEARLY DESIGNATE WHAT FIXTURES ARE BEING REPLACED NEW
 AND WHAT FIXTURES ARE EXISTING. PER CITY OF WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 1, SECTION *106.1.1 INFORMATION
 ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND SECTION *106.1.2
 ADDITIONAL DATA.
  
 4. CLEARLY LIST ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION WHAT
 FIXTURES ARE BEING REPLACED WITH NEW. PER THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION "DESCRIBE PROJECT IN DETAIL (FAILURE TO DO
 SO MAY RESULT IN DELAYS)"
  
 5. THE KITCHEN SINK CAN NOT DRAIN INTO THE BATHROOM
 GROUP. PER FBC PLUMBING SECTION *909.1 WET VENT
 PERMITTED.
  
 6. THE VALUE IS TO LOW ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION PER
 FBC-2004, CHAPTER 1, SECTION
 108.3, BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION: IF IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS
 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION,
 THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND
 BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL
 AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND
 VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE
 THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS ECT.) WITH
 REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LOCATION AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
 **THE VALUE PER MARSHALL-SWIFT CALCULATIONS SHOULD BE
 $2620.00. PLEASE ADJUST THE VALUE ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE BEFORE THE
 RESUBMITTAL AND PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING PER FS
 713.13 (1) THRU (6): A NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS
 REQUIRED FROM THE - PALM BEACH COUNTY COURTHOUSE - 4TH
 FLOOR RECORDING DEPT. 205 N. DIXIE HWY., BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 7. NOTE: ALL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ACCOMPANYING
 DATA BEING FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD SHALL CONTAIN THE
 PRINTED NAME OF THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON WITH THE
 ORIGINAL SIGNATURE AND DATE ON SUCH INFORMATION. PER
 SECTION *106.3.4.3.
 IF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS AN ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER, THEN HE OR SHE SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER
 OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE TO SAID DRAWINGS, PER
 FLORIDA STATUTES 481 AND 471 RESPECTIVELY.
