 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 2)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO
 INCLUDE ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES AND OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS
 ICC (BVD) MARSHALL SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES PER FBC 108.3*
  
 3)FBC 106.1.1 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. SUBMIT AN
 EXISTING AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN OF THE PROJECT.
 INDICATE WHAT TYPE OF STUDS WILL BE USED AND INDICATE
 THE SPACING. GIVE A WALL DETAIL OF THE NEW WALLS
