 REQUIRED SETBACK OF 5' TO THE PROPERTY LINES.PLEASE
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH.
  
 3)DUMPSTER AREA MUST BE APPROVED BY THE CITY'S
 DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS TO ENSURE
 ACCESSABLITY.
  
 NOTE: WHEN SUBMITTING FOR DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE PERMIT:
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED SURROUNDING DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURES PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.ANDAN
 APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FROM THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES (1ST FLOOR
 CITY HALL) IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROPOSED FENCES/WALLS.
  
 NOTE:ALL DRAINAGE SHALL BE MAINTAINED WITHIN THE
 PROPERTY AND SHALL BE DESIGN NOT TO RUN OFF ON ADJACENT
