 1)REMOVAL/ALTERATION OF LANDSCAPING WILL REQUIRE A
 TREE ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE CITY'S PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT.SEE LANDSCAPE PLANNER, ROBERT

 2)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE BUILDING'S VALUE,
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDRS.SITE
 PLAN SHOWS REMOVAL OF LANDSCAPING, HOWEVER, A LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 AND 94-445
 OF THE ZLDRS MUST BE SUBMITTED.
  
 3)AN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FROM THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES (1ST
 FLOOR CITY HALL) IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROPOSED
 FENCES/WALLS.
  
 4)INDICATE CHIMNEY PROTRUSION FROM REAR WALL OF
 STRUCTURE.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305 OF THE ZLDRS:
 CHIMNEYS MAY PROJECT NO MORE THAN 18" INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK.
  
 5)INDICATE ALL ROOF OVERHANG DIMENSIONS.PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-305 OF THE ZLDRS:ROOF OVERHANGS MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 3' INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 6)INDICATE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS FROM GRADE TO THE
 UPPERMOST POINT OF THE PROPOSED CHIMNEY.
  
  
 NOTE:IF A PATIO OR PAVED AREA IS PROVIDED ADJACENT
 TO OR SURROUNDING A POOL, IT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO DRAIN
 AWAY FROM THE POOL, BUT NOT ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
