 WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT.NOTE: 713.13(2) IF THE
 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 2)PROVIDE AN EXISTING AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN
 SHOWING WHERE ALL THE CHANGES ARE MADE. THE PLANS
 SUBMITTED SHOW THE SAME FLOOR LAY-OUT. PROVIDE A WALL
 LEGEND INDICATING ALL WALLS TO BE DEMOED AND ALL NEW
 WALLS. SHOW THE ATTACHMENT DETAIL FOR THE NEW WALLS,
 AND INDICATE IF THE WALL WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE
 STRUCTURE ABOVE. A REFLECTED CEILING PLAN IS REQUIRED
 WITH THE HEIGHT AND TYPE OF CEILING TO BE INSTALLED
 THROUGH-OUT THE AREA. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISION OF THIS CODE. FBC

 PROVIDE INFORMATION BASED ON INTERIOR FINISH
 REQUIREMENTS BASED ON OCCUPANCY. A FINISH SCHEDULE
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH ROOM AFFECTED BY THE NEW
 CONSTRUCTION.

 COUNTER SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF 36 INCHES IN LENGTH AND
 SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES. PROVIDE AN
 ELEVATION DETAIL DRAWING SHOWING COMPLIANCE.
