 1)PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY SHOWING
 THE PROPERTY LINES WITH DIMENSIONS, THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPOSED SIGN WITH SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO THE PROPERTY
 LINES, SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO ANY OTHER EXISTING SIGNS,
 SETBACKS TO ANY UTILITY POLES.

 94-408(D)(3)(E) + (F) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):
  
 E.MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ALL HIGH FREESTANDING SIGNS ON
 EACH STREET FRONTAGE: NO SIGNS FOR THE FIRST 75 LINEAR
 FEET OF STREET FRONTAGE; ONE SIGN FOR EACH ADDITIONAL
 75 FEET OR FRACTION THEREOF OF STREET FRONTAGE.
 FRONTAGE ON EACH STREET SHALL BE CONSIDERED SEPARATELY
 IN DETERMINING IF THIS REQUIREMENT IS MET. (THIS MEANS
 THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 75' OF FRONTAGE TO PROVIDE FOR
 ONE HIGH FREESTANDING SIGN.)
 F.MINIMUM SETBACKS:
 1.FROM LOT LINE OF ANOTHER LOT: 24 FEET.
 2.FROM PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE: FIVE FEET, EXCEPT
 THAT IN THE TRIANGULAR AREA MADE BY THE INTERSECTION OF
 TWO PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES AND A LINE CONNECTING
 POINTS ON EACH LINE 20 FEET FROM THE POINT OF
 INTERSECTION, ONE FREESTANDING SIGN MAY BE ERECTED
 PROVIDED THE LOT ON WHICH IT IS ERECTED QUALIFIES FOR A
 HIGH FREESTANDING SIGN UNDER THE AREA AND NUMBER
 PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION (D)(3)F.2. SIGNS SO
 LOCATED SHALL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION
 94-305(E).
 3.FROM OTHER HIGH FREESTANDING SIGNS ON SAME LOT: 75
 FEET MEASURED FROM THE GRADE LEVEL OF THE LAND WHERE
 THE SIGN IS POSITIONED.
 4.FROM UTILITY POLES WHICH SUPPORT ELECTRICAL
 TRANSMISSION LINES: EIGHT FEET.
  
 2)THE PROVIDED SITE PLAN INDICATES THE PROPOSED SIGN
 WILL BE LOCATED WITHIN A UTILITY EASEMENT.PLEASE
 CLARIFY, A MONUMENT SIGN MAY NOT BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN
 A UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 3)SOME OF THE PROVIDED SITE PLANS SHOW AN EXISTING
 SIGN NEAR THE PROPOSED, IT APPEARS THIS SIGN IS LOCATED
 CLOSER THAN 75' AND WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED.PLEASE
 CLARIFY.PLANS SHALL INDICATE "EXISTING SIGN TO BE
 REMOVED"
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
  
 1)THE NEWLY PROVIDED SITE PLAN SHOWS A FRONT PROPERTY
 LINE OF 197.2 FEET, THIS WILL NEED TO BE VERIFIED WHEN
 AN ACTUAL SURVEY IS PROVIDED.HOWEVER, PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-408 OF THE ZLDRS; SIGNS MAY BE ONE SQUARE
 FOOT FOR EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF FRONTAGE.THE
 PROPOSED SIGN OF 312 SQ.FT. EXCEEDS THIS AMOUNT. PLEASE
 REVISE.MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF SIGN SHALL
 BE 197.2 FEET.
  
 NOTE:THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 NOTE:ALL ILLUMINATED SIGNS MUST CONFORM TO THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SECTIONS 94-402(B) , 94-406 , AND ANY
 OTHER RESTRICTIONS DESIGNATED BY THE ZONING DISTRICT IN
