 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE ENERGY
 CALCULATION FORM. SEE FBC 13-6.
  
 3)THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STRUCTURAL MULLIONS
 THAT WERE SUBMITTED DO NOT HAVE ADEQUATE DESIGN
 PRESSURES TO BE USED BETWEEN THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS
 AND THE TRANSOM ABOVE. PLEASE CORRECT. SEE FAC RULE
 9B-72 AND FBC TABLE R301.2(2).
  
 4) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NOA THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE
 SINGLE OUTSWING DOOR IS FOR A FIXED SIDELITE AND NOT A
 DOOR. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5) SPECIFY THE ATTACHMENT METHOD THAT WILL BE USED TO
 INSTALL THE CLAY ROOF TILES. CIRCLE THE APPROPRIATE
 ITEM ON THE NOA.FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS. THIS
 NEEDS TO BE SPECIFIED IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF IT WILL
 BE ADEQUATE TO RESIST THE WINDLOADS. SEE FBC 1609.7.2.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE APPROVED ASSEMBLY AND FASTENING OPTION
 THAT WILL BE USED TO INSTALL THE GAF MODIFIED ROOFING.
 CIRCLE THE APPROPRIATE ITEM ON THE NOA. PROVIDE RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS FOR ENHANCED FASTENING FOR PERIMETER AND
 CORNER AREAS. BASED ON THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED, THE WRONG FASTENING OPTION IS CIRCLED
 ON PAGE 26 OF THE NOA. THE ONE THAT IS CIRCLED IS FOR
 SCREWS AND PLATES NOT NAILS. PLEASE CORRECT. THE
 ENHANCED FASTENING SPECIFIED IN THE LETTER THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR ROOF ZONE 3. BASED ON THE
 FASTENING OPTION USING RING SHANK NAILS WITH A -45 PSF
 DESIGN PRESSURE, THE SPACING WILL NEED TO BE 5" O.C.
 CENTER AT THE LAP AND 5" O.C. IN TWO ROWS IN THE FIELD
 FOR ROOF ZONE 3. PLEASE CORRECT.
