 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDRS.PLEASE
 SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDRS.

 AND ANY OTHER IMPERMEABLE SURFACE WITHIN THE FRONT
 YARD.
