 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4' INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3)INDICATE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS OF PROPOSED ADDITION
 FROM GRADE ON THE SHOWN ELEVATIONS.
  
 4)THE SURVEY INDICATES A REAR SETBACK DIMENSION OF
 5.77', THIS DOES NOT APPEAR ACCURATE GIVEN THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE LOT AND THE DIMENSIONS OF THE
 PROPOSED, PLEASE CLARIFY.IF THIS IS ACCURATE, IT DOES
 NOT MEET THE MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN
 SECTION 94-72(A)(2) OF THE ZLDRS.MUST MEET MINIMUM
 REAR SETBACK OF 10' (10% OF LOT DEPTH).PLEASE SHOW
