 PROPERTY TO THE EAST.SUBMIT A LETTER FROM THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER (PALM BEACH MERCURY LINCOLN)
 GIVING CONSENT TO THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS,
 TO INCLUDE THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ACROSS THE CROSS-ACCESS
 DRIVEWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 3. ACCORDING TO THE EASEMENT AGREEMENT (O.R.B. 13408,
 PG 1500), CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS (?ENCROACHING
 IMPROVEMENTS?), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PARKING
 AREAS, LIGHT POLES, DUMPSTER AND UTILITY POLES, MAY
 CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS LONG AS THE
 ENCROACHING IMPROVEMENTS SHALL EXIST.EXHIBIT C SHALL
 BE AMENDED TO SHOW THE PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED
 WITH THIS PERMIT.SUBMIT A COPY OF THE AMENDED
 EASEMENT AGREEMENT.
