2007-12-14 17:02:01PROVIDE THE TABULATION CLEARLY DISPLAYING STATISTICAL
 REQUIREMENTS TO SATISFY THE XERISCAPE POINT SYSTEM AND
 ITS ACCOMPANYING POINT ALLOCATION.
 PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF
 COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 PROVIDE A FIVE FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD.
 THE TWO TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS IN THE PARKING ROW
 ADJACENT TO OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM
 INSIDE DIMENSION OF FIVE FEET EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED
 CURBING.
 THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE IN
 FRONT OF THE SEVEN PARKING STALLS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF
 FIVE FEET IN WIDTH.THE ACCESS WAY BEHIND THE PARKING
 ROW IS OVER 25 FEET WIDE AND CAN BE REDUCED TO 24 FEET
 WITH THE ADDTIONAL PAVED AREA BEING REMOVED AT THE HEAD
 OF THAT PARKING ROW.CURBING SHOULD BE REMOVED AND THE
 CAR STOPS SHALL BE PLACED AT 2 FEET BACK FROM THE
 EDGE-OF-PAVEMENT. THE LIVE OAKS SHALL BE CHANGED TO
 CRAPE MYRTLE TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE LANDSCAPING
 ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.
 THE EXISTING CHALCUS HEDGE ALONG THE NORTH PERIMETER OF
 THE IMPROVED AREA HAS BEEN REMOVED AND SHALL BE
 REPLACED.ONE TREE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 30 LINEAR
 FEET.ADDITIONAL MAHOGANY TREES SHALL BE ADDED ALONG
 THAT STRIP.
 NO MORE THAN 35% OF THE REQUIRED TREES CAN BE PALMS.
 THERE APPEARS TO BE TOO MANY PALMS ON THE SITE.THE
 FOUR FOXTAIL PALMS IN THE TERMINAL ISLANDS IN FRONT
 SHOULD BE CHANGED TO SMALL TREES TO HELP IMPROVE THE
 TREE/PALM RATIO.
 A MINIMUM OF 30% OF THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE FOUNDATION
 LANDSCAPING.THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE FOUNDATION
 PLANTING ALONG ALL THREE SIDES OF THE SHOWROOM AND
 INCLUDE SOME VERTICAL LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS.
 THE REAR PARKING LOT HAS BEEN RESURFACES WITH
 APPARENTLY NO PERMITS BEING ISSUED. PLEASE APPLY FOR
 THE PAVING PERMIT WITH THIS APPLICATION OR A SEPARATE
 APPLICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
