 1B) 106.1.1* W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/2004 DRAWINGS &
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR
 IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED
 AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT.NOTE: 713.13(2) IF THE
 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 2) 106.3.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS- 2004 THOSE PRODUCTS THAT
 ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. PROVIDE THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE NEW STOREFRONT IN OFFICE #1.
  
 3) 11-4.24.2 THE BREAK ROOM SINK SHALL BE MOUNTED WITH
 THE COUNTER RIM NO HIGHER THAN 34 INCHES ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR. THE DEPTH OF THE SINK SHALL BE 6 ?
 INCHES. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN FRONT
 OF THE BREAK ROOM SINK TO ALLOW A FORWARD APPROACH.
 SHEET A-6 DETAIL #2 SHOWS DOORS IN FRONT OF THE SINK,
 THIS WILL NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FORWARD
 APPROACH PER 11-4.24.5.
  
 4)EACH WALL SHALL BE LABELED ON SHEET A-1 TO REFLECT
 THE WALL DETAILS ON SHEET A-4. ON SHEET A.1 TWO
 DIFFERENT TYPES OF WALLS HAVE THE SAME LABELED P-2.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE. 106.1.1.
  
 5)A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOW THE
 MEANS OF EGRESS FROM THE BUILDING IN CONFORMANCE WITH
 FBC CHAPTER 10.
