 FROM DCA STATES "PLEASE NOTE THAT DESIGN DOCUMENTS,
 INCLUDING THE FIRE PROTECTION SPRINKLER SYSTEM (WHICH
 IS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE APPROPRIATE FIRE SAFETY
 INSPECTOR) ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO YOU AT THE TIME OF
 PERMITTING, AND THAT THOSE DESIGNS MUST BE REVIEWED FOR
 COMPLIANCE AT THAT TIME BEFORE A PERMIT IS ISSUED."
  
 3RD REVIEW, SPRINKLER PLANS NOT PROVIDED.ARCHITECT'S
 RESPONSE THAT THIS WILL BE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT IS
 NOTED.AT A MINIMUM, A SPRINKLER HEAD LAYOUT PLAN IS
 TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE OR
 SUBMITTED SEPARATELY WITH COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR
 SPRINKLER PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 PLANS ARE OTHERWISE CODE COMPLIANT; WILL REMAIN IN
 FAILED STATUS UNTIL THE FIRE SPRINKLER PERMIT ISSUE IS
 RESOLVED, EITHER BY SUBMISSION AND REVIEW OF A CODE
 COMPLIANT SPRINKLER PERMIT (WHICH WOULD BE REQUIRED TO
 REMAIN IN F STATUS UNTIL THE TENANT BUILDOUT IS ISSUED)
 OR SUBMISSION AND REVIEW OF A SPRINKLER HEAD LAYOUT
 WITH THE TENANT BUILDOUT PERMIT.
