 CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY

 CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS

 PROVIDED ON A FLOOR, THERE SHALL BE A DRINKING FOUNTAIN
 WHICH IS ACCESSIBLE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO USE WHEELCHAIRS
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.15 AND ONE ACCESSIBLE
 TO THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY BENDING OR STOOPING.(THIS
 CAN BE ACCOMMODATED BY THE USE OF A HI-LO FOUNTAIN OR
 BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS WOULD ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED

 BACKWATER VALVE. A DEVICE OR VALVE INSTALLED IN THE
 BUILDING DRAIN OR SEWER PIPE WHERE A SEWER IS SUBJECT
 TO BACKFLOW, AND WHICH PREVENTS DRAINAGE OR WASTE FROM
 BACKING UP INTO A LOW LEVEL OR FIXTURES AND CAUSING A
 FLOODING CONDITION.
  
 BACKFLOW PREVENTER. A DEVICE OR MEANS TO PREVENT
 BACKFLOW.
  
 BACKFLOW . PRESSURE CREATED BY ANY MEANS IN THE WATER
 DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, WHICH BY BEING IN EXCESS OF THE
 PRESSURE IN THE WATER SUPPLY MAINS CAUSES A POTENTIAL
 BACKFLOW CONDITION.
