 1.)EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2007, SECONDARY WATER BARRIER
 REQUIRED FS553.844(5)(A).
  
 THE APPLICATION STATES THAT YOU ARE USING GLASPLY 4 AS
 THE SECONDARY WATER BARRIER.THIS IS NOT COMPLIANT
 WITH THE REQUIREMENTS; SEE THE FS553.844 AND
 WWW.BOAF.NET.YOU MAY USE AN APPROVED CAP SHEET SUCH
 AS RUBBEROID MOP SMOOTH OR RUBBEROID 20 AS THE
 SECONDARY WATER BARRIER OR COMPLY IN ANOTHER WAY SUCH
 AS TAPING THE PLYWOOD JOINTS OR FULL DECK COVERAGE.
  
 SECONDARY WATER BARRIER IS REQUIRED FOR THE SHINGLED
 AREA ALSO.PLEASE PROVIDE SPEC SHEET OR PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 IF YOU ELECT TO TAPE THE PLYWOOD JOINTS, PLEASE BE
 ADVISED THAT 4" IS REQUIRED BY CODE, BUT 6" IS REQUIRED
 BY SOME INSURANCE COMPANIES.A PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED
 FOR 4" TAPE BUT CONTRACTOR IS ASKED TO ADVISE THE
 HOMEOWNER OF THIS INFORMATION PRIOR TO MAKING A
 DECISION.
  
 2.)PLEASE REVISE THE ENHANCED FASTENING LETTER TO
 INCLUDE ZONE II (PERIMETER).THE LETTER STATES ZONE
 III, PERIMETER AND CORNER.THIS SHOULD READ ZONES II
 AND III, PERIMETER AND CORNER.
