 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) SUBMIT A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT FOR THE COUNTY
 IMPACT FEES.IF NEW SHEETS ARE SUBMITTED FOR THE ONES
 WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP, THEY WILL HAVE TO BE
 RESTAMPED OR THE OLD SHEETS WITH THE STAMPS CAN BE
 RESUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE NEW ONES.
  
 2) THE VALUE OF THE WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION WAS
 TOO LOW. IT HAS BEEN ADJUSTED BASED ON THE ICC BUILDING
 VALUATION DATA. FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF $265.35 WHICH
 INCLUDES RADON FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS .
 IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER.
 THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED
 HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT SOME
 POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE SECTION M1305.1.3
 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS
 LOCATED IN ATTICS.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE SPACING OF THE VERTICAL WALL
 REINFORCEMENT ON THE PLANS. SEE FBC R609.3.
  
 5) THE CONCRETE NOTES ON D1 SPECIFY THE WRONG EDITION
 ON ACI 318. CHAPTER 43 OF THE 2004 FBC RESIDENTIAL
 SPECIFIES AC1 318-02. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6) THE CLADDING PRESSURES SPECIFIED UNDER WIND
 INFORMATION ON A1 ARE INCORRECT. SEE FBC TABLE
 R301.2(2) AND USE THE 10 SQFT EFFECTIVE WIND AREA FOR
 WORST CASE.
  
 7) SOME OF THE ROOF OVERHANG COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 PRESSURES ON A1 ARE NOT CORRECT. PLEASE CORRECT. SEE
 FBC TABLE 1609.6.2.1(3).
  
 8) PROVIDE A ROOF ZONE DIAGRAM FOR A GABLE ROOF ON A1.
 SEE FBC FIGURE R301.2(8).
  
 9) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM IS INCORRECT. WHEN USING
 THE PRESCRIPTIVE METHOD C, THE INSULATION IS REQUIRED
 TO BE THE MINIMUM SPECIFIED ON THE FORM. THEREFORE, THE
 CONCRETE BLOCK IS REQUIRED TO HAVE R-5 INSULATION. SEE
 FBC 13-600.
  
 10) FBC 106.3* CITY AMENDMENTSPRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 11) THE NOA FOR THE TRACO WINDOWS HAS BEEN REVISED BY
 NOA NO. 05-0930.03.
  
 NOTE: IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE PLAN REVIEW PLEASE SUBMIT
 ONE SET OF THE OLD DRAWINGS ALONG WITH THE NEW ONES.
 ALSO SUBMIT BOTH OF THE DRAWINGS THAT HAVE THE COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE STAMP OR THE NEW PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE
 STAMPED BY THE COUNTY.
