 1)INDICATE BUILDING HEIGHT FROM GRADE TO THE
 MIDPOINT OF THE ROOF'S PITCH (HIGHEST ROOF).I HAVE
 RECHECKED THE PLANS, BETWEEN SHEET A4 OR A5 THE HEIGHT
 IS SHOWN FROM GRADE ON ONLY ONE ELEVATION, IT SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON ALL ELEVATIONS.
  
 2)PROPOSED DRIVEWAY EXCEEDS MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE
 ALLOWABLE.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):LOCATION AND SURFACE.REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS
 ARTICLE.
  
 3)THE DETERMINATION HAS BEEN MADE BY ANGELLA VANN,
 DEPUTY PLANNING DIRECTOR, THAT A TYPICAL LANDSCAPING
 PLANTING LIST IS NOT SUFFICIENT.A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 OF THE ZLDRS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH EVERY APPLICATION FOR BUILDING
 PERMIT AND SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN
 SECTION 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 4)PROVIDE AN EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FROM THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES (1ST
 FLOOR, CITY HALL) APPROVING THE PROPOSED FENCE AND
 COLUMNS.
