 2- SHEET T1:REVISE THE ALLOWABLE STRESS OF MASONRY
 UNITS. SEE SEC. R606.4 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE
 AND REVISE CONCRETE UNIT MASONRY NOTES D AND I.
  
 3- SHEET A1: REVISE DETAIL 5.DIMENSIONS 6" AND 8"
 DON'T ADD UP TO 10". REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS AND LISTING FOR
 EXTERIOR FIREPLACE INSTALLATION AS SHOWN ON PLANS AND
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R1002.1 AND SEC. R102.4 OF 2004
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 5- SHEET A3: REVISE CONNECTOR "C" SPECIFIED FOR GIRDER
 TRUSS ABOVE CLUB ROOM BY THE OPTIONAL DESK AREA.NEED
 TO SPECIFY WOOD TO MASONRY CONNECTOR. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 6- SHEET A6: REVISE ROOF SHEATHING SCHEDULE.MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENT IS TO USE 8D RING SHANK NAILS. SEE SEC.

 7- PROVIDE SURVEY WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED

 A) 2" MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 B) SLIDING GLASS DOORS.SIZE OF DOORS SHOWN ON
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS SMALLER THAN THE ONE
 SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 ALSO, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS AND
 DRAWINGS.
  
 C) FIXED WINDOWS. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT REVISED FL
 243-R5 WITH CORRESPONDING NOA.
  
 D) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT
 REVISED FL 239-R10 WITH CORRESPONDING NOA.
  
 9- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 10- PROVIDE STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL USING 2X BUCK AS
 REQUIRED BY PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED FOR SLIDING
 GLASS DOORS SUBMITTED.SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC 2004.
  
 11- SOIL TEST REPORT IS TOO OLD. IT WAS DONE IN MARCH
 3, 2004. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT SOIL TEST REPORT. SEC.
 R401.4 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 12- OWES $103.08 FOR UPDATED VALUATION AND RADON FEES.
