 01.THE PROJECT SITE ADDRESS SHALL BE IN THE TITLE
 BLOCK OF EACH SUBMITTED PLAN SHEET.ALSO, SOME PLAN
 SHEET LIST LAKEVIEW AS A DRIVE, SHOULD BE LISTED AS AN
 AVENUE.
  
 02.ON SHEET G-000 UNDER BUILDING INFORMATION AND
 CODES, PLEASE EXPLAIN REFERENCE TO NFPA 2002.
  
 03.STRUCTURES UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR
 DEMOLITION OPERATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 241.
  
 04.THE PROJECTED SCOPE OF WORK SHALL NOT INTERFERE OR
 HINDER EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACCESS TO THE SAID PROPERTY
 OR THE VICINITY THEREOF (INCLUDING ROADWAYS, ALLEYS,
 FIRE LANES).
  
 05.IN ALL BUILDINGS OVER ONE STORY IN HEIGHT, AT
 LEAST ONE STAIRWAY SHALL BE PROVIDE IN AN USABLE
 CONDITION AT ALL TIMES.
  
 06.A TEMPORARY STANDPIPE SYSTEM IS REQUIRED WHEN THE
 BUILDING REACHES THREE STORIES OR THIRTY FEET IN
 HEIGHT.THE STANDPIPES SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 CONSPICUOUSLY MARKED AND READILY ACCESSIBLE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT CONNECTIONS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING
 AT THE STREET LEVEL AND HAVE AT LEAST ONE STANDARD HOSE
 OULET AT EACH FLOOR.
  
 07.ILLUSTRATE FIRE HYDRANT LOCATIONS ON SITE PLAN.
  
 08.WHERE/IF UNDERGROUND WATER MAINS AND FIRE HYDRANTS
 ARE TO BE PROVIDED, THEY SHALL BE INSTALLED, COMPLETED,
 AND IS SERVICE PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION WORK.
  
 09.THERE SHALL BE NO DELAY IN THE INSTALLATION OF
 FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT.
  
 10.THE INSTALLATION OF THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE
 PLACED IN SERVICE AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.
  
 11.THE PROJECT SITE ADDRESS SHALL BE TEMPORARILY
 POSTED PRIOR TO, AND DURING CONSTRUCTION, OR UNTIL SUCH
 TIME THAT THE PERMANANT NUMERICAL ADDRESS IS DISPLAYED
 ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATION WHICH FRONTS LAKEVIEW
 AVENUE.
  
  
  
 TO EXPEDITE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS, INCLUDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER INDICATING WHERE EACH ITEM WAS ADDRESSED
