 1)PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY.
  
 2)AN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FROM THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES (1ST
 FLOOR CITY HALL) IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROPOSED
 FENCES/WALLS/GATES.
  
 3)AS THIS IS A DUAL FRONTAGE LOT, PLEASE INDICATE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE SURFACES LOCATED
 WITHIN BOTH FRONT YARDS (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO
 THE FRONT BUILDING FACADE).PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482
 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):
 REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD;
 HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
  
 4)SITE PLAN INDICATES NEW GRAVEL DRIVEWAYS, GRAVEL
 IS NOT PERMITTED AS PER SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS:
 PARKING AREAS SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE.
  
 5)IS BACK PORCH ADDITION EXISTING OR PROPOSED?IF
 EXISTING, WAS IT BUILT WITH HOUSE OR LEGALLY PERMITTED
 AS AN ADDITION?PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6)INDICATE HEIGHT OF PROPOSED SLIDING GATE AND POSTS
 LOCATED ALONG SOPHIA DRIVE.MAY NOT EXCEED 4 FEET IN
 HEIGHT AS THIS IS A DUAL FRONTAGE LOT.
  
 7)INDICATE IF APPROACH IS TO BE REDONE OR ADDED.IF
 SO, A FURTHER REVEIW BY THE CITY'S ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
  
 NOTE:THE ADDITION OF GATES SHALL NOT CAUSE TRAFFIC
 STACKING WHILE WAITING TO BE OPENED.
  
 NOTE:ANY RELOCATED OR PROPOSED POOL EQUIPMENT MAY
 NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK AS
 PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 NOTE:IF A PATIO OR PAVED AREA IS PROVIDED ADJACENT
 TO OR SURROUNDING A POOL, IT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO DRAIN
 AWAY FROM THE POOL, BUT NOT ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 NOTE:THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
