 1)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS):MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE
 THAN 4' INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.INDICATE SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2)A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 3)AS PER SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE ZLDRS:REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBEDIN THIS ARTICLE.
 PLEASE INDICATE DIMENSIONS OF PROPOSED DRIVEWAY.
 ADDITIONALY, SPECIFY IF BRICK PAVERS ARE TO BE SEALED
 OR UNSEALED.
  
 4)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-72(A)(3) OF THE ZLDRS:
 MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT = 30 FEET.PLEASE INDICATE
 HEIGHT FROM GRADE TO THE MIDPOINT OF THE UPPERMOST
 ROOF'S PITCH.ADDITIONALLY SECTION 94-306(A) PROVIDES
 FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10% TO PROVIDE FOR ACCESSORIES.
 YIELDING AN TOTAL ALLOWABLE HEIGHT (FROM GRADE TO THE
 TOP OF ALL ACCESSORIES OF 33'.PLANS SHALL INDICATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH.
