 WITH EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL NOT
 EXTEND TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM AN
 ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL. ONE WALL OF THE STRUCTURE
 IS LESS THAN 6 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
