 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE EACH BUILDING PERMIT

 E) PRE-CAST CONCRETE LINTELS.
  
 7) PROVIDE CLARIFICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT:
