 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE
 SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS
 A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC

 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND

 2)FBC 106.3.5 INDICATE ON THE PLANS THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD/ MEANS OF EGRESS WHICH INCLUDE THE EXIT ACCESS,
 EXIT AND THE EXIT DISCHARGE. THIS SHALL BE INDICATED ON
 THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN.
  
 3)SHOW ON THE PLANS WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS WILL BE
 USED FOR THE NEW FLOORS. THE MATERIALS SHALL CONFORM TO
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 804.
  
 4)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 INCLUDING ALL INTERIOR FINISHES. OUR VALUATION
 REFERENCE IS ICC (BVD) MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES PER FBC* 108.3.

 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
