 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
 YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 2)IT APPEARS THAT THERE WILL BE TWO SEPARATE UNITS,
 THE DEMOUNTABLE PARTITION SEPARATE TWO SECTIONS OF THE
 SPACE AND NO OPENING IS SHOWN. IF THE SPACE WILL BE
 OPERATED BY ONE TENANT, SHOW THE OPENING JOINING THE
 TWO SPACES. IF THERE ARE TWO INDIVIDUAL TENANTS, A
 SEPARATION WALL WILL BE REQUIRED IN CONFORMANCE WITH
 FBC 708. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE NATURE, LOCATION AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED. FBC 106.1.1
  
 3)NOTE: THE BUILDING IS HAS NOT RECEIVED A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, WHICH MEANS IT IS STILL THE
 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BASE BUILDING DESIGN TEAM. EACH
 SHEET OF THE BUILD-OUT DRAWINGS SHALL BE STAMPED AND
 APPROVED BY THAT DESIGN TEAM. THE ARCHITECT FIRM OF
 SMITH AND MOORE SHALL APPROVE ALL ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS
 WITH THEIR STAMP OF APPROVAL.
  
 4)THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS INCOMPLETE. THE
 APPLICATION WHICH HAS THE SIGNATURE OF THE CONTRACTOR
 /AGENT IS MISSING ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION ON THE
 FRONT OF THE APPLICATION. CHECK THE APPLICATION FOR ALL
 NECESSARY INFORMATION AND SIGNATURES WHEN RESUBMITTING.
 THE SUITE OR UNIT NUMBER SHALL ALSO BE INDICATED ON THE
