 THIS REVIEW WAS DONE UNDER THESE CURRENT CODE CYCLES:
  
 THE 2004 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, 2006 REVISIONS, 2004
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE, 2005 NEC, NFPA-72 2002,
 NFPA-101 2003, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 1, AND
 FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
 ALL COMMENTS RELATE TO SHEET 3 3, UNLESS OTHERWISE
 NOTED. ALL CODE ARTICLES REFERENCED ARE 2005 NEC UNLESS
 OTHERWISE NOTED.
  
 1} THE ENGINEER OF RECORD MUST LEGIBLY INDICATE THEIR
 NAME ADDRESS, AND LICENSE NUMBER ON EACH SHEET PER
 61G15-23.002 FAC.
  
 2} THE SCOPE OF THE ELECTRICAL WORK IS NOT CLEAR ON
 THE PLAN. INDICATE IF THE SERVICE IS NEW OR EXISTING IN
 WHOLE OR IN PART. HAND DRAWN CHANGES TO THE PLAN ARE
 NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RECORD RETENTION OR CLARITY IN THE
 FIELD. 106.1.3 FBC AS AMENDED.
  
 3} THERE ARE FOUR METERS SHOWN ON THE PLAN, CLARIFY.
  
 4} IF THE SERVICE IS NEW, PER 110.9 AND 110.10: OBTAIN
 THE AVAILABLE FAULT CURRENT AT THE UTILITY AND
 CALCULATE THE SAME AT THE EQUIPMENT. INDICATE THE AIC
 RATING FOR THE EQUIPMENT IS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN
 THE AVAILABLE FAULT.
  
 5} THE GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR MUST COMPLY WITH
 250.66, AND 250.50. INDICATE SAME ON THE RISER
 DIAGRAM.
  
 6} R313.1.1 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE, SMOKE ALARMS
 SHALL BE LOCATED AS REQUIRED IN NEW DWELLINGS WHEN
 REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT OCCUR. SEE
 ARTICLE FOR COMPLETE TEXT. THERE ARE NONE SHOWN FOR THE
 APARTMENT.
  
 7} RECEPTACLE SPACING MUST COMPLY WITH 210.52(A)(1) AND
 210.52(A)(2). 2005 NEC. SEE REVIEWED PLAN FOR
 DEFICIENCIES.
  
 8} LOCATE AND INDICATE A DISCONNECTING MEANS FOR THE
 WATER HEATER. SEE 422.16 NEC FOR CORD AND PLUG
 RESTRICTIONS, AND 422.31(B) FOR HARDWIRE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 9} EGRESS LIGHTING IS REQUIRED PER 210.70(A)(2)(B). THE
 FRONT DOES NOT COMPLY.
  
 10} 210.52(E) OUTDOOR OUTLETS FOR A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
 AND EACH UNIT OF A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING THAT IS AT GRADE
 LEVEL, AT LEAST ONE RECEPTACLE OUTLET ACCESSIBLE AT
 GRADE LEVEL AND NOT MORE THAN 2.0 M (6 1/ 2 FT) ABOVE
 GRADE SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE
 DWELLING. INDICATE COMPLIANCE ON THE PLAN.
  
 11} 210.63 HEATING, AIR-CONDITIONING, AND REFRIGERATION
 EQUIPMENT OUTLET: A 125-VOLT, SINGLE-PHASE, 15- OR
 20-AMPERE-RATED RECEPTACLE OUTLET SHALL BE INSTALLED AT
 AN ACCESSIBLE LOCATION FOR THE SERVICING OF HEATING,
 AIR-CONDITIONING, AND REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT. THE
 RECEPTACLE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SAME LEVEL AND
 WITHIN 7.5 M (25 FT) OF THE HEATING, AIR-CONDITIONING,
 AND REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT. THE RECEPTACLE OUTLET
 SHALL NOT BE CONNECTED TO THE LOAD SIDE OF THE
 EQUIPMENT DISCONNECTING MEANS. SEE CONDENSER.
  
 12} THE 60 AMP OCP FOR THE 7500W HEAT IS IN VIOLATION
 OF 310.16 AND 240.4. 7500/240=31.25 AMPS.
  
 13} THERE IS APPARENTLY IS AN APARTMENT ATTACHED TO THE
 MAIN HOUSE, BUT THE LOAD CALCULATION FOR THE SERVICE
 DID NOT INCLUDE ANY EQUIPMENT OR BRANCH CIRCUITS
 REQUIRED FOR AN APARTMENT. SHOW ALL CALCULATIONS PER
 220 NEC IF CHANGING THE SERVICE, AND ALL PANEL
 SCHEDULES PER 408.4 NEC.
