 A TITLE BLOCK MUST APPEAR ON ALL ARCHITECTURAL OR
 INTERIOR DESIGN DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATION
 IDENTIFICATION SHEETS. THE TITLE BLOCK
 MUST, AT A MINIMUM, CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
 (1) FIRM NAME, ADDRESS, AND TELEPHONE NUMBER.
 (2) FIRM LICENSE NUMBER.
 (3) NAME OR IDENTIFICATION OF PROJECT.
 (4) DATE PREPARED.
 (5) A SPACE FOR THE SIGNATURE AND DATED SEAL.
 (6) A SPACE FOR THE PRINTED NAME OF THE PERSON SEALING
 THE DOCUMENT.
  
  
 5) REQUIRE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INTERIOR FINISHES AND
 CARPETING AS PER THE FOLLOWING:

 503.1INTERIOR FINISHES.
 ALL NEWLY INSTALLED INTERIOR FINISHES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THE FLAME SPREAD REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING.
  
 503.2CARPETING.
 NEW CARPETING USED AS AN INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH MATERIAL
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE RADIANT FLUX REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 503.3MATERIALS AND METHODS.
 ALL NEW WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH MATERIALS AND METHODS
 REQUIREMENTS IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND THE
 FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE AS APPLICABLE, THAT
 SPECIFY MATERIAL STANDARDS, DETAIL OF INSTALLATION AND
 CONNECTION, JOINTS, PENETRATIONS, AND CONTINUITY OF ANY
 ELEMENT, COMPONENT, OR SYSTEM IN THE BUILDING.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS PER CHAPTER 13
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE:
  
 512.1MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
 ALTERATIONS SUBJECT TO THIS CHAPTER SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 7) PLEASE INDICATE SPECIFIC UNIT NUMBERS APPLICABLE TO
 THE SCOPE OF PROPOSED WORK.
  
 8) THE PROJECT VALUATION APPEARS TO BE LOW BASED ON THE
 MARSHALL AND SWIFT ESTIMATION GUIDE. PLEASE INCREASE
