 1)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN FOUR FEET INTO A
 SETBACK.PLEASE INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM
 PROPOSED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE ZLDRS:
 REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD;
 HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING
 AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH
 A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 SUBSECTION 33-485(E).PLEASE PROVIDE ALL DIMENSIONS
 AND SQUARE FOOTAGE OF PROPOSED DRIVEWAY, INCLUDING ANY
 WALKWAYS.ALSO INDICATE IF APPROACH IS TO BE INCLUDED
 IN THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PERMIT, AS THIS WILL
 REQUIRE A REVIEW FROM THE CITY'S ENGINEERING DEPT.
  
 3)PLEASE PROVIDE AN EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FROM THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES
 TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED PRIVACY WALL AT THE SOUTH.
  
 4)INDICATE ELEVATION (HEIGHT) DIMENSIONS FROM GRADE
 TO THE MIDPOINT OF THE ROOF'S PITCH.
