 THE 2004 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, 2006 REVISIONS, 2004
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE, 2005 NEC, NFPA-72 2002,
 NFPA-101 2003, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 1.AND FOUND
 NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 ALL COMMENTS RELATE TO SHEET E-1, UNLESS OTHERWISE
 NOTED. ALL CODE ARTICLES REFERENCED ARE 2005 NEC UNLESS
 OTHERWISE NOTED.
  
 1} INDICATE IF THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE SHOWN ON THE PLAN
 IS NEW OR EXISTING. IF NEW , PROVIDE AN AIC RATING, AND
 LOCATE ALL SERVICE EQUIPMENT ON THE PLAN, METER
 ENCLOSURE, DISCONNECTS AND PANELS, SO THAT COMPLIANCE
 WITH ARTICLES 225 AND 230 CAN BE REVIEWED. PROVIDE A
 RISER DIAGRAM WITH CONDUCTOR AND CONDUIT SIZE AND
 TYPE.
  
 2} NOTE #20 REQUIRES # 12 CONDUCTORS MINIMUM FOR THIS
 PROJECT. THERE ARE #14 CONDUCTORS ON THE PANEL
 SCHEDULE, CLARIFY TO AVOID CONFUSION DURING
 CONSTRUCTION. 106.1.3.
  
 3} THE NOTE IN THE PANEL SCHEDULE INDICATES THE PANEL
 IS LOCATED IN THE GARAGE, THERE IS NO GARAGE ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN. THERE IS A CARPORT SHOWN ON THE SURVEY.
 CLARIFY ALL EQUIPMENT LOCATIONS.106.1.3.
  
 4} THERE ARE TWO "BATH CIRCUITS" LISTED IN THE
 SCHEDULE, ONE, CIRCUIT# 22, IS ON A 15 AMP BREAKER.
 THAT CIRCUIT COULD NOT BE USED FOR THE REQUIRED GFCI AS
 210.11(C)(3) REQUIRES A 20 AMP CIRCUIT.PER 408.4, "THE
 IDENTIFICATION SHALL INCLUDE SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO ALLOW
 EACH CIRCUIT TO BE DISTINGUISHED FROM ALL OTHERS."
 CLARIFY CIRCUIT DESIGNATIONS.
  
 5} THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOP RECEPTACLE ADJACENT TO THE
 PENINSULAR MUST BE GFCI PER 210.8(A)(6), INDICATE SAME
 ON THE PLAN.
  
 6} A RECEPTACLE IS REQUIRED AT THE FRONT OF THE
 RESIDENCE PER 210.52(E).
