 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST
 EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS ICC
 (BVD), MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 PER 108.3 FBC*
  
 4)THE STATE OF FLORIDA REQUIRES COLLECTION OF A RADON
 SURCHARGE ON ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION COMPUTED ON UNDER
 ROOF FLOOR SPACE PER 10D-91 FAC. THESE FEES WILL BE

 5)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SETS OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE,
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 6)THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE TWO COPIES OF
 EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT IS RELEVANT PER 9B-72. THESE
 SHOULD INCLUDE THE FLORIDA STATE APPROVAL COVER PAGES.

 7)THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 (PRODUCT APPROVALS) SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL PER 106.3.3 FBC*
  
 8)THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH REQUIRES THE FLORIDA
 STATE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER
 SHEETS WHEN AVAILABLE. THEY CAN BE SEARCHED FOR ON
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG.WHEN AVAILABLE AND NOT
 SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS WILL BE DENIED
  
 9)NO PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED FOR EXTERIOR
 DOORS, WINDOWS, GARAGE DOORS, LINTELS, MULLIONS FOR
 JOINED WINDOWS, ROOFING,CONNECTORS AND STRAPS (OR ADD
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBERS TO THE CONNECTOR
 SCHEDULE), ETC.
  
 10)A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL THAT IS REGISTERED TO
 PRACTICE UNDER CHAPTER 481 OR 471 OF THE FLORIDA
 STATUTES SHALL AFFIX THEIR OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND
 DATE TO SAID DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS PER 106.1 FBC
 2004. THE EXEMPTION FROM LICENSURE UNDER 481.229 FS
 DOES NOT EXEMPT THE DESIGNER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DRAWINGS FROM SIGNING AND DATING SAID DRAWINGS.
  
 11)PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAIL FOR THE FRONT PORCH AREA
 THAT SHOWS POST TO BEAM CONNECTION AND BEAM TO WALL AT
 MAIN HOUSE, ETC.
  
 12)REAR COLUMNS DO NOT SHOW BEAM ABOVE OR IT'S
 DIMENSIONS FOR SUPPORT OF ROOF
  
 13)PROVIDE DETAIL OF GARAGE DOOR BUCK IF NOT STATED
 IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
  
 14)SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF ENERGY CALC'S PER 13-101.2.2
 FBC. BE SURE THAT THEY ARE SIGNED AND DATED BY PREPARER
 AND OWNER/AGENT PRIOR
 TO SUBMITTAL
