 REVISIONS, PRODUCT APPROVALS AND OR SUBMITTALS FOR
 REVIEW FOR PERMIT. IF YOUR PROJECT WILL REQUIRE A
 RESIDENT INSPECTOR OR IF YOUR PROJECT IS A THRESHOLD
 BUILDING REQUIRING A THRESHOLD INSPECTOR THEN (3) THREE
 SETS OF ALL SAID DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR PERMIT

 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE
 SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS
 A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND

 TO WIND: 2004 FL. BLD CODE 1603.1.4 THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, 1)- BASIC WIND SPEED, MPH 2)-
 WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, & BUILDING CATEGORY3)- WIND
 EXPOSURE
  
 3) 3RDREQUEST,2004 FBC 1609.1.3 PLEASE PROVIDE
 INFORMATION ON THE ANCHORAGE THE GENERATOR TO RESIST
 THE MOMENT OF OVERTURNING, UPLIFT AND SLIDING.
 GENERATOR SLAB & ANCHOR REQUIREMENT PLEASE PROVIDE SIZE
 OF GENERATOR(WXL),PLUS PROVIDE PLANS WITH THE
 INFORMATION DEPICTING HOLD DOWN BRACKETS, TYPE OF
 FASTENER, AND THE MINIMUM EDGE DISTANCE THE DEVICE
 REQUIRES WITHOUT LOAD REDUCTION.
  
 THE NEW SLAB AND HOLD DOWN DETAILS: 104.2.1* ALL
 INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING
 DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. PLEASE SEE ELECTRICAL
 COMMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE
 DESIGNER. FL.S .S 481.229 (ARCHITECT) OR FL.S.S 471.003
 (ENGINEER). THIS AREA IS IN A FLOOD ZONE AH; THEREFORE
 THE ELEVATION OF THE CONCRETE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF
 17'6", WHICH SHALL BE STATED OF THE ENGINEERED PLANS.
 ALL DIMENSIONS FOR THE CONCRETE SLAB SHALL BE INDICATED
 ON THE DRAWINGS INCLUDING THE THICKNESS. INDICATE THE
 CLEARANCE AROUND THE GENERATOR FOR MAINTENANCE AND
 REPAIR WORK.
  
 **NOTE** IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO OUR RECORD
 RETENTION PROGRAM 'NO WHITE-OUT OR HANDWRITING IN PEN
 OR PENCIL' ON THE DRAWINGS OR REPORTS WILL BE
 ACCEPTABLE. CLEARLY STATE IF THE GENERATOR IS USED FOR
 LIFE SAFETY ISSUES.
