 1) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT BRAMAN HAS SATISFIED THE
 CONDITIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 299-07 AND THAT THE CITY
 HAS CONVEYED THE PROPERTY TO BRAMAN (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 A. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECORDED DISCLAIMER FOR THE
 ABANDONED PORTION OF THE ROW.
 B. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECORDED DRAINAGE EASEMENT. C.
 PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECORDED UTILITY EASEMENT. D.
 PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE PLANS APPROVED
 AS PART OF RESOLUTION NO. 300-07 (REPEAT COMMENT). NOTE
 THAT KILDAY AND ASSOCIATES SUBMITTED A MINOR AMENDMENT
 TO THE DSI (LANDSCAPE PLAN INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT),
 BUT THESE PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE PLANS SUBMITTED BY
 SIMMONS AND WHITE AS PART OF THE PERMIT. THE PERMIT
 SIMMONS AND WHITE PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE KILDAY
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 3) THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR THE NEW LANDSCAPE SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT OR ON A SEPARATE PERMIT.
 THIS PERMIT WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL THE IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM IS SUBMITTED.
  
 4) KILDAY AND ASSOCIATES HAS STATED THAT THE WESTERN
 ENTRY DRIVE FROM OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD IS GOING TO BE
 WIDENED TO 30 FEET.THE AFFECTS THE EASTERN PORTION OF
 THE SUBMITTED ENGINEERING PLAN AND SHALL BE CORRECTLY
 SHOWN.
