 WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY FOR THE SHELL BUILDING HAS BEEN
 EXPIRED DUE TO INACTIVITY UNDER THE FBC 105.3.2 BY
 HAROLD PISKURA
 PERMIT FOR BASE BUILDING NEEDS TO BE RE-APPLIED FOR
 FINALS.
 PLEASE ALSO KNOW AS THE BASE BUILDING DESIGN TEAM IS
 RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH BUILDING UNTIL SUCH TIME AS
 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 IS ISSUED ALL PLANS FOR PERMITTED WORK WHILE A SHELL
 BUILDING IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONTAIN A *SHOP
 DRAWING* REVIEW STAMP AND SIGNATURE FROM EACH DESIGNER
 ON THEIR RESPECTIVE PAGES BEFORE PERMIT MAY BE ISSUED
 FOR TENANT BUILD OUT.
 FS 471,481. ONCE THE SHELL OBTAINS AS C OF C ETC THEN
 THE PLANS DO NOT NEED TO GO BACK TO THE BASE BUILDING
 DESIGN TEAM.

 CONTRACTOR IS THE SAME AS APPLIED FOR THIS SCOPE OF
 WORK A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING IS NOT REQUIRED.

 CALCULATIONS ARE BEING SUBMITTED. THE PREVIOUS TWO
 REVIEWS REQUESTED LIGHTING PERFORMANCE CALCULATIONS AND
 THE SPECIFIC CODE SECTIONS GIVEN WERE
 13-415.2.ABC.1.1,.1.2 AN D.1.3. THE CODE SECTIONS FOR
 METHOD OF CALCULATIONS GIVEN WERE 13-400.3.B,
 13-400.3.C. SECTION 13-400.3.A WAS NOT GIVEN AS METHOD
 *A* MAY NOT BE USED.
 PLANS WERE SUBMITTED WITH METHOD *A*. PLEASE SEE THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 13-400.0.A, 13-101.1.1. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN HOW METHOD *A* MAY BE USED WHEN THIS TENANT
 BUILDING IS NOT A WHOLE BUILDING.
 PLEASE SEE THAT IN ANY CASE THE INFORMATION AS
 SUBMITTED AND SHOWN ON THE INPUT DATA REPORT IS NOT
 COMPLETE NOR DOES IT COORDINATE WITH PLANS IN SEVERAL
 ASPECTS. SOME EXAMPLES WILL BE NOTED BY THIS REVIEWER

 FOR EXAMPLE:
 THE IDR SHOWS ONLY TWO (2) LIGHT FIXTURES ON THE
 INTERIOR OF THIS SPACE. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WHEN IN
 FACT THE PLANS SHOW MANY FIXTURES? THE FACT IS THE ONLY
 TWO FIXTURES SHOWN ARE 2 WATTS EACH. THIS IS NOT
 POSSIBLE AS THE PLANS DO NOT CORRELATE WITH ANY OF
 THIS.
  
 FORE EXAMPLE;
 ONLY ONE WALL UNDER WALLS, NO WINDOWS, NO DOORS, METAL
 BUILDING ETC. THESE WILL BE NOTED BY OTHER TRADES
 HOWEVER ARE GIVEN FOR INFORMATION AT THIS TIME.
  
 4) NOTE: PLEASE KNOW ELECTRICAL SERVICE AS SHOWN ON
 THESE PLANS DOES NOT COORDINATE WITH THE ELECTRICAL
 SERVICE ON THE BASE BUILDING. IN FACT THE ELECTRICAL
 SERVICE ON THE BASE BUILDING WHICH ALREADY HAS A FINAL
 CONTAINS MANY ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT THE SAME.

 THERE IS A HOUSE PANEL NOT SHOWN.
 THE SERVICE SIZE IS NOT 400AMPS.
 THE GROUNDING ELECTRODE SYSTEM IS NOT THE SAME AND

 PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE GUTTER HAS AN EQUAL POTENTIAL IF
 THE NEUTRAL IS FLOATING TO THE FIRST MEANS OF
 DISCONNECT. BASED ON THE CODE AND THE RISER FOR BASE
 BUILDING THE SYSTEM AS SHOWN ON THIS RISER MAY NOT BE
 DONE TO MEET THE CODE.
 PLAN SHOWS THREE DISCONNECTS/MAINS
 215.5, 230.70, 230.71, 230.72, 240.4, 310.16, 250.6,

 5) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 13-415.1.ABC.1.4 FOR CONTROL OF
 EXTERIOR LIGHTING. PLANS MENTIONS TIME CLOCK HOWEVER
 NOT FOR ALL LIGHTS AND ALSO SHOWS STANDARD SINGLE POLE
 SWITCH. MUST MEET ONE OF THE TWO MINIMUMS IN SECTION OF
 CODE GIVEN OR BOTH.
  
 ** BASED ON COMMENTS ABOVE ONE SET OF CALCULATIONS
 ALONG WITH ONE COPY OF ELECTRICAL PLANS ARE BEING
 RETAINED BY THIS OFFICE.

 ALL OLD/VOIDED SHEETS AND ONLY INSERT NEW REVISED
 SHEETS INTO TWO COMPLETE SETS FOR REVIEW AND STAMPING.
 DO NOT LEAVE ANY OLD/VOIDED SHEETS IN SETS.
 PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO PLANS. ANY
 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 SPEC/CUT SHEETS, CALCULATIONS ETC SHOULD BE PLACED INTO
 TWO SETS/FOLDERS/BINDERS ETC.
 PLEASE KNOW ONLY ONE SET OF THE OLD/VOIDED SHEETS
 SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR REFERENCE.
