| TOO, BUT ITS FRONT MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR FACED SPRUCE AVE. |
| DESPITE THE FACTS THAT ACCESS TO PARKING OCCURED OFF |
| 20TH ST & THE RENTAL UNIT'S ENTRANCE WAS IN THE REAR, I |
| ISSUED THE SECONDARY ADDRESS OF 2057 SPRUCE AVE FOR THE |
| UPSTAIRS RENTAL UNIT BECAUSE THE FRONTAGES OF BOTH THE |
| RESTAURANT & RESIDENCE FACED SPRUCE AVE. ALSO, I WANTED |
| TO AVOID ANY POTENTIAL CONFUSION FOR THIS PARTICULAR |
| BUILDING HAVING MULTIPLE NUMERICAL ADDRESSES OFF OF TWO |
| DIFFERENT STREETS (SPRUCE AVE & 20TH ST). I CREATED THE |
| GIS SPATIAL POINT FOR 2057 SPRUCE AVE & EXPORTED IT AS |
| A SHAPEFILE IN MY E-MAIL NOTIFICATION TO ALL OF THE |
