 1.AND FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 THESE COMMENTS REFER TO SHEET A7.
  
 1} CIRCUIT # 40 IN PANEL "B" INDICATES A LOAD OF 3.6
 KW. IN VIOLATION OF 210.23, LIMITING THE CIRCUIT
 AMPACITY TO 80% OF THE CIRCUIT RATING ( AT 20 AMPS).
 LIST THE CIRCUIT RATING AND CONDUCTOR SIZE SO
 COMPLIANCE WITH 310.16 MAY BE REVIEWED. NOTE: THE HIGH
 HATS LISTED ON THOSE CIRCUITS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE ON
 A SEPARATE CIRCUIT AND MAY BE PUT ON OTHER LIGHTING AND
 RECEPTACLE CIRCUITS.
  
 2} SHEET A2 ANDA7 INDICATES IN A NOTE THATAHU #2,
 IN BEDROOM #2CLOSET, IS CEILING HUNG. SHEET M1 SYSTEM
 SPECIFICATIONS INDICATE THERE IS A 30 AMP FUSE IN THE
 AIR HANDLER. OVERCURRENT PROTECTION IN A CLOTHES CLOSET
 IS IN VIOLATION OF 240.24(D). ALSO THERE IS A
 DISCONNECT IN THE CLOSET AND IT IS UNCLEAR IF IT
 CONTAINS OCP. IF THE INSTALLATION IS INTENDED TO BE IN
 THE ATTIC RATHER THAN IN THE CLOSET, ARECEPTACLE PER
 210.63, IS REQUIRED.
  
 3} RECEPTACLES ARE REQUIRED TO BE ADDED OR RELOCATED TO
 COMPLY WITH 210.52(A) IN THE CLUB, LIVING AND MASTER
 BEDROOMS.
  
 4} SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R313.1. FBC "OUTSIDE EACH
 SEPARATE SLEEPING AREA IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE
 BEDROOMS" AND NFPA-72, 11.5.1.1(2) "OUTSIDE OF EACH
 SEPARATE SLEEPING AREA, IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF
 THE SLEEPING ROOMS" FOR THE GUEST SUITE.
  
 5} THE ENGINEERSNAME ON THE PLAN PROVIDER AFFIDAVIT
 AND SEAL, IS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE ON FILE WITH DBPR.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
