 BE COMPLETE. NEED TO PROVIDE THE DESCRIPTION OF
 PROPERTY (COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND STREET
 ADDRESS), THEN RE-RECORD IT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 2- SECOND RE-SUBMITTAL FEES WERE NOT PAID. OWES $136.73
 AND FUTURE RE-SUBMITTAL FEES.
  
 3- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT AS REQUIRED BY NOTES ON
 FOUNDATION PLAN AND SEC.R401.4 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 4- INITIAL COMMENT: "IDENTIFYEXISTING ROOMS ADJACENT
 TO NEW ADDITION TO CHECK IF EGRESS OPENINGS ARE NOT
 BLOCKED AND CHECK COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R310 OF 2004
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE".
 RESPONSE TO INFORMATION PROVIDED: THERE IS AN EXISTING
 BEDROOM WINDOW THAT IS GOING TO BE CLOSED TO ALLOW FOR
 NEW ADDITION. SHOW HOW IS EXISTING BEDROOM COMPLYING
 WITH EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.

 D) CLARIFY WHAT ARE ALL THE EXTERIOR AND ADJACENT
 WALLS SHOWN ON ITEM #9. (REPEAT COMMENT).
 E) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE FORM. (REPEAT

 F) OVERHANG HEIGHT IS INCORRECT. IT CAN'T BE 1. SEE
 EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. (REPEAT
 COMMENT).
 G) REVISE BUILDING ORIENTATION. SEE PLANS AND SURVEY
 FOR CORRECT BUILDING ORIENTATION AND REVISE AS REQ'D.

 A) SPECIFY ATTIC ACCESS LOCATION AND SIZE TO COMPLY
 WITH SEC. R807 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.

 B) FLOOR PLAN CALLS FOR KITCHEN AREA. ACCORDING TO
 THIS THERE ARE TWO KITCHENS ON THIS SINGLE FAMILY
 RESIDENCE.TWOKITCHENS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SAME
 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE. OTHERWISE, REVIEW WILL NEED TO
 BE PERFORMED BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION BETWEEN THETWO
 SEPARATE DWELLING UNITS.ON THE OTHER-HAND ZONING
 DOESN'T ALLOWS TWO KITCHENS. REVISE NAMES OF ROOMS AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 9- TYPICAL WALL SECTION A/A-2:
 A) REVISE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOF SHEATHINGNAILING
 SPACING ON ZONE 3 AREAS. SEE SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2004
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE AND REVISE AS REQ'D. CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY WHAT IS THE FIELD AREA AND WHAT ARE THE EDGES.
 PROVIDE SKETCH SHOWING ROOFING ZONES. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 B) R-11 INSULATION DOESN'T FIT ON A 1X2 P.T. FURRING
 STRIPS. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEE SEC. 13--602.1.ABC.1 OF
 FBC 2004 AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 ALSO,COORDINATE INFORMATION WITH THEENERGY
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 10- PLEASE PROVIDE CHECKLIST RESPONSE LETTER. THIS WILL
