 (561)233-5115)TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING
 BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE
 DUE.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW.PERMIT VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $86,732 ACCORDING
 TO THE ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATATABLE AS REQ'D BY
 SEC. 108.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004. THEREFORE,
 OWES 1,187.17 FOR BUILDING VALUATION AND RADON FEES.
  
 4- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT AS REQUIRED BY NOTES ON
 FOUNDATION PLAN AND SEC.R401.4 OF 2004 FLORIDA

 CHECK IF EGRESS OPENINGS ARE NOT BLOCKED AND CHECK
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R310 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL

 7- PLANS ARE MISSING THE SOUTH EXTERIOR ELEVATION.
 PROVIDE THIS ELEVATION. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO

 8-PROVIDE ALL DIMENSIONS IN THE NEW SURVEY, INCLUDING
 THE BUILDING SETBACKS. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO

 ON 08/15/07. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 C) SINGLE HUNG WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL 05-0729.03
 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON 07/11/07. PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
 D) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
