 THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING, THE PROVIDED LANDSCAPING, THE
 LANDSCAPE TYPE, AND COMPLIANCE WITH PLANT
 SPECIFICATIONS (94-445).
  
 2)PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-218(D)(8) OF THE ZLDR'S
 (PROVIDE A DETAIL). (REPEAT COMMENT)
  
 3)PROVIDE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL PROPOSED AND
 EXISTING IMPERMEABLE SURFACE WITHIN THE FRONT YARD
 (FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO FRONT OF BUILDING).PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS: MUST MAINTAIN 75% OR
 1000 SQ.FT., WHICH EVER IS LESS, OF LANDSCAPING WITHIN
 THE FRONT YARD.TOTAL IMPERMEABLE WITHIN THE FRONT
 YARD MAY NOT EXCEED 562.5 SQ.FT.
  
 4)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-218(D)(9) OF THE ZLDRS:
 ROOF PITCH SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 5:12.
  
 5)ALL WINDOW AND DOOR OPENING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-218(D)(6) OF THE ZLDR'S.PROVIDE
 DETAILS SHOWING PLACEMENT (ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE
 RECESSED A MINIMUM OF TWO INCHES FROM THE EXTERIOR FACE
 OF THE FACADE)DETAIL SHOWING ALL WINDOWS ARE
 OPERABLE, AND ALL WINDOW/OPENINGS ARE VERTICAL OR
 SQUARE IN PROPORTION. (REPEAT COMMENT)
  
 6)OPENINGS IN UPPER STORIES SHALL BE CENTERED
 DIRECTLY ABOVE OPENINGS IN THE FIRST STORY.OPENINGS
