 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. MISSING THESLEEPING
 AND NON SLEEPING ROOMS AND STAIRS UNIFORM DISTRIBUTED
 LIVE LOADS. PROVIDE ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION FROM

 B) REVISE PROPOSED ADDITION SQUARE FOOTAGE.IT'S
 NOT 900 SF. SEE PLANS FOR CORRECT SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 5- ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE TAKING THE CEILING FANS
 CREDIT. THEREFORE NEED TO SPECIFY CEILING FAN SIZES TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 13-607.1.A.1 OF FBC 2004.
 (REPEAT COMMENT).SIZE OF CEILING PLANS SHOWN ON PLANS
 DON'T MEET THE MINIMUM SIZES SHOWN ON TABLE

 TRUSS ANCHOR SCHEDULE AND ROOF/FLOORFRAMING PLANS.
