 WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-218.
  
 2)AS THE SCOPE OF WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 IMPROVEMENT VALUE, A LANDSCAPING PLAN SHALL BE SHOWN IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR'S).
  
 3)SHOW ADJOINING PROPERTIES INCLUDING SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FROM BUILDING TO BUILDING.
  
 4)PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO PROPERTY LINES.PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT
 SHALL BE SCREENED IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-218(D)(8) OF THE ZLDR'S (PROVIDE DETAIL)
  
 5)CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK PERTAINING TO DRIVEWAY.
 REPLACING ALL OF DRIVEWAY OR UNDER CARPORT ONLY?
 PROVIDE DIMENSIONS.
  
 6)PLEASE PROVIDE ROOF PITCH.
  
 7)25 - 45% OF FRONT FACADE AREA (ADDITION) SHALL
 HAVE CLEAR GLAZED MATERIAL.
  
 8)ALL WINDOW AND DOOR OPENING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-218(D)(6) OF THE ZLDR'S.PROVIDE
 DETAILS SHOWING PLACEMENT (ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE
 RECESSED A MINIMUM OF TWO INCHES FROM THE EXTERIOR FACE
 OF THE FACADE)DETAIL SHOWING ALL WINDOWS ARE
 OPERABLE, AND ALL WINDOW/OPENINGS ARE VERTICAL OR
 SQUARE IN PROPORTION.
  
 9)OPENINGS IN UPPER STORIES SHALL BE CENTERED
 DIRECTLY ABOVE OPENINGS IN THE FIRST STORY.OPENINGS
