 2603.9.2 CLEARANCE BETWEEN EARTH AND FOAM PLASTICS
 APPLIED TO THE EXTERIOR WALL SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 6

 AND SWING DOORS WERE TESTED AS AN ASSEMBLY, NOTE IS
 THERE A DOOR JAMB ON THE LATCH SIDE OF THE SWING DOOR,
 DOES THE BI-FOLD DOOR HAVE WHAT TYPE OF LOCKING
 ASSEMBLY THAT ALLOWS THE SWING DOOR TO LOCK INTO ITS
 RAILS? 106.1.2* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 5D) SUBMITTED ALSO ARE STORM SHUTTER PRODUCT APPROVALS
 BUT THERE IS NO KEY PLAN INDICATING TO WHICH OPENINGS

 COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR
 INFORMATION PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH STATEWIDE
 APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH A COVER
 SHEET THAT LISTS THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE STATEWIDE APPROVAL,
 SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR
 SITE SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE 9B-72.
  
 5F) SHEET A-102 ALSO INDICATES THE USE OF A NEW ROOF
 HATCH. RULE 9B-72 REQUIRES A PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR SUCH
 ROOF OPENINGS. CURRENTLY THERE ARE NONE AVAILABLE BUT
 THERE ARE MANUFACTURERS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING TESTING
 AND CERTIFICATION THROUGH MIAMI-DADE TESTING PROGRAM.
 THIS ISSUE WILL BE A PROVISO:THAT IF THE MANUFACTURER
 DOES NOT ACQUIRE A ACCEPTANCE REPORT THROUGH THE STATE
 OR MIAMI-DADE THEN THE
 MANUFACTURER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TO THE CITY AND
 ACQUIRE A LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE A CERTIFICATE
 OF COMPLETION WILL BE ISSUED. RULE 9B-72, 106.3.3.*

 EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING,THIS STAIRWAY HAS 2 DOORS

 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS THAT ARE NOT AUTOMATIC
