 01.THE NUMERICAL ADDRESS SHALL BE IN THE TITLE BLOCK
 OF EACH SUBMITTED PLAN SHEET.
  
 02.STRUCTURES UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR
 DEMOLITION OPERATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 241.
  
 03.THE SCOPE OF WORK SHALL IN NO WAY INTERFERE OR

 WITH A KNOX BOX;FOR APPLICATIONS CONTACT WEST PALM
 BEACH FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU AT 561-804-4724.
  
 07.ON THE APPROPIATE EXTERIOR ELEVATION WHICH FRONTS
 SOUTHERN BOULEVARD, SHOW THE ADDRESS NUMBERS ON THE
 BUILDING.AS PER WEST PALM BEACH CODE, THE NUMBERS
 SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 6" IN HEIGHT AND NO LESS THAN 1"
 IN WIDTH.
  
 08.ON SHEET FA0.1 AMEND FIRE ALARM NOTE #17 AS SUCH:
 DELETE "SUPERVISORY SIGNAL ONLY"-INSERT "GENERAL
 FIRE ALARM".AS PER LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, DUCT SMOKE
 DETECTORS SHALL INITIATE A GENARAL FIRE ALARM.
  
 09.ON SHEET A-901, ADD TO DOOR REMARKS AS NOTE 6:A
 DOOR NORMALLY REQUIRED TO BE KEPT CLOSED SHALL NOT BE
 SECURED IN THE OPEN POSITION AT ANY TIME AND SHALL BE
 SELF CLOSING OR AUTOMATIC CLOSING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 7.2.1.8.2 OF NFPA 101 - 2003 EDITION.

 REFERENCE TO DOORS 124 AND 125 AS LOCATED ON A-201.
