 OPENING. THE DOOR TO THE WATER CLOSET IN THE NEW MASTER
 BATHROOM DOES NOT COMPLY.
  
 4) ON SHEET A1 THE DESIGN DATA SPECIFIES THE INTERNAL
 PRESSURE COEFFICIENT AS N/A. SEE THE WIND DESIGN DATA
 ON SHEET A5. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS .
 IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER. THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS
 THAN 22 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY
 ACCESSIBLE LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM
 UNOBSTRUCTED HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AT SOME POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE
 SECTION M1305.1.3 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED IN ATTICS.
  
 6) SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE ADDITION AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 7) SOME OF THE NOTES AND PARTS OF THE FOOTING SCHEDULE
 ON SHEET A4 ARE ILLEGIBLE.
  
 8) DETAIL 5 ON A4 SPECIFIES A MINIMUM FOOTING THICKNESS
 OF 16" AND THE FOOTING SCHEDULE SPECIFIES AN 18" THICK
 FOOTING. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 9) PLEASE UPDATE THE MASONRY NOTES ON A4 TO TMS 402-02
 AND TMS 602-02, WHICH ARE THE EDITIONS REFERENCED BY
 THE 2004 FBC RESIDENTIAL IN CHAPTER 43.
  
 10) REVISE THE ROOF NOTES IN DETAILS 1, 2 AND 3 0N A5
 TO SPECIFY 8D RING SHANK NAILS FOR FASTENING THE ROOF
 SHEATHING.
  
 11) THE UPLIFT PRESSURES FOR ROOF ZONES 1, 2 AND 3
 SPECIFIED ON A5 FOR A 100 SQFT EFFECTIVE WIND AREA ARE
 INCORRECT. SEE TABLE R301.2(2). THE UPLIFT PRESSURES
 FOR ROOFING SHOULD USE THE 10 SQFT EFFECTIVE WIND
 PRESSURES FROM THE TABLE. THE ROOF SLOPE SHOULD BE
 SPECIFIED BECAUSE IT IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE
 PRESSURES.
  
 12) THE WALL COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURE FOR ZONE 4
 ON A5 OF 38.2 SHOULD BE EXPRESSED AS A NEGATIVE INSTEAD
 OF POSITIVE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 13) SPECIFY THE LENGTH/EMBED DEPTH OF THE TAPCONS
 SPECIFIED IN DETAIL 4 ON S5. ALSO SPECIFY THAT THE
 MANUFACTURER OF THESE CONNECTORS IS "USP".
  
 14)PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH PERMIT
 APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
