 3)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 COST EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS
 ICC (BVD), MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES PER 108.3 FBC*
 ********VALUE FOR EACH UNIT BASED ON THE BVD FROM THE
 ICC AT THE TIME OF PERMIT APPLICATION IS $186,546.00

 4)THE STATE OF FLORIDA REQUIRES COLLECTION OF A RADON
 SURCHARGE ON ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION COMPUTED ON UNDER
 ROOF FLOOR SPACE PER 10D-91 FAC. THESE FEES WILL BE
 ADDED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION FEES. THE FEES ARE DUE

 DRYWALL APPLIED TO BOTH SIDES, THIS DETAIL MUST
 CONTINUE FROM FLOOR TO UNDERSIDE OF ROOF DECK (PLYWOOD
 SHEATHING) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SYSTEM SEEMS TO STOP AT
 BOTTOM OF TRUSSES ON SECTION L/8.
  
 8)PLEASE SEE THAT SECTION L/8 IS VERY CONFUSING IT
 SHOWS STUCCO, 2X2 FURRING AND 1-5/8" METAL STUDS. IT
 SHOULD SHOW THE FIRE RATING DETAIL AND THE CHOSEN
 FURRING DETAIL FOR ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING TO KEEP THE FIRE
 RATING INTACT.
  
 9)THE WINDOWS PROVIDED FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM SH34 DO
 NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIRED VERTICAL OPENING OF 24"

 7-02. ALSO THE SHUTTER SCHEDULE WILL BE NEED TO BE
 SEPARATED INTO THE INDIVIDUAL UNITS FOR EACH PERMIT.
  
 11)THE ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL IS ALSO UPDATED FL#
 183-R2 WITH A NEW MIAMI-DADE REPORT # 05-1115.11
  
 12)THE SIMONTON WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE
 500-500 STORMBREAKER SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS NO LONGER
 APPROVED ON THE STATE SITE AND THE MIAMI-DADE FILE HAS
 BEEN CLOSED.
  
 13)A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO
