 INDICATES THE NORTH END OF THE BUILDING HAS 8'-2" TO
 THE PROPERTTY LINE BUT THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE
 BUILDING IS NOT INDICATED ON THE PLAN.
  
 2)PLEASE HAVE THE SOILS ENGINEER CONFIRM THAT THESE
 CHANGES IN THE FOUNDATION WILL NOT CREATE A
 DIFFERENTIAL IN THE SETTLEMENT OF THE BUILDING CREATING
 CRACKS IN THE BUILDING.
 1802.2.1 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE SAFE-SUSTAINING
 POWER OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING
 VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS
 CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE THAT THE
 NECESSARY INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH INVESTIGATION
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1802.4
 THROUGH 1802.6 .
  
 3) 105.13. SPECIAL FOUNDATION PERMIT
 WHEN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO ERECT OR ENLARGE A
 BUILDING HAS BEEN FILED, & PENDING ISSURANCE OF SUCH
 PERMIT, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY, AT HIS/ HER
 DISCRETION, ISSUE A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION
 ONLY, UPON WRITTEN REQUEST OF THE OWNER AND CONTRACTOR.
 THE HOLDER OF SUCH A SPECIAL PERMIT IS PROCEEDING AT
 HIS OR HER OWN RISK AND WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT A PERMIT
 FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WILL BE GRANTED AND THAT
 CORRECTIONS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO MEET THE
 PROVISIONS OF THE TECHNICAL CODE.
