 1)TWO (2) SETS OF ALL REVISED PLANS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED.
  
 2)ELEVATIONS SHALL BE LABELED INDICATING WHICH
 STREET FRONTAGE IT FACES.
  
 3)PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY.
  
 4)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-219(D)(9)(A) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS:ALL PROPERTIES
 SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 REGULATIONS IN ARTICLE XIV, CONCURRENTLY WITH EXTERIOR
 BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS EXCEEDING $10,000.00. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN INDICATING SUCH.
  
 5)PLANS SHALL SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-221,
 SPECIFICALLY WITH REGARD TO THE FIRST FLOOR GLAZING
 REQUIREMENTS, THE WINDOWS 2" DEPTH SETBACK, AND THE
 WINDOW OPENINGS 2' SETBACK FROM THE CORNERS OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 6)PLANS A-1 SHOW A "FUTURE CEILING HEIGHT" OF 9' ,
 THE CEILING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO A LOWER LEVEL THAN
 WHAT IS EXISTING AS IT IS NONCONFORMING WITH RESPECT TO
 SECTION 94-221(A)(3):STORIES AT THE SIDEWALK LEVEL
 SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 12 FEET IN HEIGHT FROM FINISHED
 FLOOR TO FINISHED CEILING AND SHALL NOT EXCEED 16 FEET
 IN HEIGHT FROM FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED FLOOR.
 MEZZANINES THAT EXCEED THE PERMISSIBLE PERCENTAGE OF
 FLOOR AREA FOR A MEZZANINE AS DEFINED IN THE CITY'S
 BUILDING CODE SHALL BE COUNTED AS A STORY.
