| EITHER REMOVED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR SECURED IN |
| SUCH A MANNER AS TO MINIMIZE THE DANGER OF SUCH |
| CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS CAUSING |
| DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY FROM HIGH WINDS. ANY |
