 THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT IS UNCLEAR AND
 INDISCERNIBLE. THERE IS NO MENTION OF REWIRING THE
 UNIT(S).

 THIS PERMIT OR EXISTING.
  
 2} THE RISER IS SHOWN WITH A METER FEEDING A PIECE OF
 EQUIPMENT, THEN TO ANOTHER METER, WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED
 PER FPL. CONSULT WITH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR ON THE
 PROPERLAYOUT FOR THE RISER DIAGRAM.
  
 3) THERE IS NO 6/0 CU THW MANUFACTURED FOR ELECTRICAL
 USE AS SHOWN ON THE RISER.
  
 4} SEE ARTICLE 250.50 FOR GEC INFORMATIION, ALSO
 250.53(D)(1) & (2).
  
 A FULL REVIEW CANNOT BE DONE WITHOUT KNOWING THE SCOPE
 OF WORK. PLEASE INDICATE THE CODE CYCLES THIS PROJECT
 WAS DESIGNED UNDER. 2004 FBC, 2005 NEC ETC. ADD TO
 NOTES FOR CLARITY IN THE FIELD.REMOVE NOTES REGARDING
 NON PERTINENT CODES, (SEE REFERENCE TO THE SFBC,
 NOTE#2).
  
 THESE ARE NEW COMMENTS FOR THE 8/30/07 RESUBMITTAL:
  
 THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR OWNER MUST ELECT THE LEVEL
 OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THE EXISTING BUILDING CODE. PLEASE DECLARE SAME ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 THE ENGINEERSSEAL IS INDISCERNIBLE ON SEVERAL SHEETS,
 A-2 THROUGH A-5 IN ONE SET, ALL SHEETS IN THE OTHER
 SET. ALSO THE SEAL USED ON SHEET A-1 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD MUST SEAL THE DOCUMENTS WITH A
 SEALACCEPTABLETO THE BOARD PER 61G15-23.001, AND
 ILLUSTRATED IN SAME.
