 1)A MISINTERPRETATION OF THE CODE WAS MADE ON THE
 PREVIOUS REVIEW.PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION
 94-513(A)(2):
 NONCONFORMING STRUCTURES OR BUILDINGS SHALL NOT BE
 IMPROVED, CONSTRUCTED, ENLARGED, OR ALTERED IN ANY
 MANNER TO CREATE A NEW NONCONFORMITY OR TO INCREASE AN
 EXISTING NONCONFORMITY, BUT MAY BE IMPROVED,
 CONSTRUCTED, ENLARGED, OR ALTERED AS LONG AS NO NEW
 NONCONFORMITY IS CREATED OR AN EXISTING NONCONFORMITY
 INCREASED.
  
 THE PROPOSED ADDITION MUST MEET CURRENT SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN SECTION 94-72(A)(2):
 MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS:SIDE = FIVE FEET MINIMUM
 WITH A TOTAL OF FIFTEEN FEET BETWEEN THE TWO SIDES.
 REAR = 15 FEET OR 10% OF THE LOT DEPTH WHICHEVER IS
 LESS.
  
 NOTE:MAY NOT BUILD ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY
 LINES.
