 REGULATIONS THE ADDITION WALL THAT TIES INTO THE
 EXISTING BUILDING ON THE SOUTH SIDE WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 JOG OVER SO THAT THE BACK CORNER IS NOT ANY CLOSER TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE THAN THE EXISTING BUILDING 3.43 FEET.
 SEE THAT THE PROPOSED DISTANCE WOULD BE 3.31 THUS
 INCREASING THE NONCONFORMITY.
